    Does Organic Angels deliver to my area?

    We deliver to most of metropolitan Melbourne once a week. Different areas have different delivery days. Before ordering please enter your postcode into our postcode search box to confirm your delivery day.

    Can I pick up my order from your distribution centre?

    Yes you can within certain times. Pick up times from our centre are on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday strictly between 11am to 2pm.

    Payment for your order must be paid in advance of pick up, by credit card or bank transfer. When you go to make your order online, at checkout you can choose your pick up date from the drop down box marked SELECT YOUR DELIVERY DATE . This will remove the delivery fee from your order.

    The minimum order value of $45.50 also applies to pick-up orders

    Our office address is 895a Canterbury Road, Box Hill. There is a car park at the rear.

    Do I have to be in when my order is delivered?

    No, in fact most of our customers are out at the time of delivery. Just let us know a safe place to leave your box. The box is sealed so is protected from the elements. Please read our terms and conditions in regards to unattended deliveries.

    What is in the box each week?

    What comes in the box will vary each week, depending on what is in season and what looks and tastes good. We update the website and send out an email every Thursday afternoon to give you an idea of what will be in the box for the following week so you have an idea of what to expect. Please Note: Box contents can be subjected to change last minute due to availability.

    Can I customise my fruit and veggie box?

    As organic produce availability and variety can change each week, we don't allow you to choose what you have in your box. However, you do have the option to exclude up to 4 items from your box each week. You can update your preferences each week when you place your order. Any exclusions will be replaced with something else from the selection to the same value. We will refer to your favourites when replacing items and will do our best to accommodate. You can also add to extra items to your box from our Box Add-ons department.

    What are the quantities of fruit and vegetables in each box?

    For each box we do recommend the number of people the box would suit for the week, however as every one's eating habits vary we thinks it's best to experiment with box sizes each week until you know what suits you.

    I don't want something listed in the box this week

    That's fine. If there is something in the box you do not want, you have the option to add it to your Exclusions before you place your order. You can exclude up to 4 items. Any Exclusions will be replaced with something else from the selection to the same value. We will refer to your Favourites when replacing items and will do our best to accommodate.

    Do I have to order every week?

    No. Our service is totally flexible, you can order whenever you wish. If you do want to order each week and don't want the hassle of logging in to our website or just keep forgetting to order, you can become a VIP customer and we will deliver you a box automatically.

    What if my delivery address is different from my home/billing address?

    That's fine. When you make your order online you can specify a different delivery address at the checkout.

    When do I need to have my order in by?

    For Monday delivery, the cut off time is strictly FRIDAY 12 Midday.

    For Tuesday delivery, the cut off time is strictly MONDAY 9:30am

    For Thursday & Friday delivery, the cut off time is strictly WEDNESDAY 9.30am.

    I keep forgetting to place my order, can you remind me?

    The week's do go fast and it is easy to forget to put in your weekly order by the deadline. The best way to remember to order is to place aweekly reminder in your smart phone. If you have an iPhone click here to set up your reminder. If you use and Android phone you can use a Google Reimder App. You can also become a VIP Customer where we place the order on your behalf.     You don't deliver to my area is there any chance you will?

    We are expanding all the time. If we currently do not deliver to your area, please let us know that you are interested in using our service, even if we do not currently deliver to you.

    How do I avoid paying a delivery fee?

    For any order over $100 and if you reside in the Organic Angels delivery area, delivery is FREE. For Tuesday and Friday Courier deliveries, delivery fee is half price for orders over $150. You can also pick up your order from our office on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.

    I am late in placing my order can I still receive it?

    We will try and accommodate. Please call our office on 1300 792 775 we may be able to squeeze you in if we haven't yet placed our order with the wholesale market or arranged delivery lists.

    Can I buy a box for a Gift?

    Yes. You will notice in our store that we offer Gift Boxes, which comes with a gift card with a message of your choice. We also offer Gift Vouchers made up to any value.

    I can't login with my email and password?

    How do I know it is genuine organic products?

    Organic Angels is a certified organic retailer with the Australian Certified Organic (ACO 11125R). This means we are adhering to strict standards when selling organic products and fresh produce. All our purchasing and processes are strictly audited by the ACO. You can be assured that all produce is certified organic and we enclose a newsletter in your box that lists where your produce has come from and who it is certified by.

    Australia has seven organic certifying bodies; Australian Certified Organic (division of the Biological Farmers of Australia), NASAA, Demeter, Organic Food Chain, Organic Growers Australia, Safe Food Queensland and Tasmanian Organic-Dynamic Producers.

    Many organic products manufactured overseas and imported into Australia will also have an international logo and processor number.

    On some products you may see the words "in conversion" above the logo and this means that the conversion to organic is in place and not all ingredients are certified organic and some conventional methods are still being used. Converting to organic involves considerable change and can often be a long process.

    All products listed on our website will indicate a certifying body or processor number.

    Where does the fresh produce come from?

    All our fresh produce comes from reputable certified suppliers and producers. We purchase our fruit and vegetables from the wholesale market by certified organic wholesalers. We also deal with some growers direct. We buy at the market on our delivery day so your order is fresh from the market. The newsletter in your box will advise where the produce is from and who it is certified by.

    Can I choose my delivery day?

    Most suburbs have at least two available delivery days for you to choose from. We deliver to different areas on different days. Check our postcode search to find out what days we deliver to your area.

    Can I make my order over the phone instead of online?

    Shopping online is the quickest, safest and most convenient way of ordering your groceries with Organic Angels. It can be done anytime of the day or night. However, if you wish to phone your order through to us you are very welcome to do so. Please call use on 1300 792 775 and have your credit card details ready.
