    AUSTRALIA DAY DELIVERY INFORMATION
    As Australia Day falls on a Thursday there will be no deliveries on this day. If your order is usually a THURSDAY then we will deliver to you on FRIDAY 27 JANUARY. If your order is usually a FRIDAY there will be no delivery for this week, your next delivery will be on FRIDAY 3 FEBRUARY

    We are currently delivering on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to most suburbs within a 30km radius of Melbourne CBD.

    We also use a Courier to make deliveries on Friday to all other Melbourne suburbs and some Country Areas

    When you place your first order, we will be able to give you a time period of when we will deliver to you. Please feel free to call us if you would like to know the delivery time before you place an order.

    We ask that all orders are in by 9:30am on Saturday for Monday and Tuesday deliveries and 9:30am on Wednesday for Thursday and Friday deliveries. We cannot guarantee that orders received after these times will be processed, please call our office first on 1300 792 775 if you are placing your order after the cut-off time.

    Delivery Charges

    For customers in areas covered by Organic Angels the Delivery fee is $8.95 (inc GST). However, if your order is over $100, delivery is FREE!

    For Courier deliveries (We use an excellent courier company with refrigerated vans.) the fee is $12.50 (inc GST) for Metropolitan Melbourne areas and $17.50 (inc GST) for deliveries to Country areas including Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula, However, if your order is over $150, delivery is Half Price!

    Unattended deliveries

    We know that you will not always be home to accept your delivery. At the time you place your order, please inform us of where we can leave your order. We ask that this is a secure location outside your home, free from pets and protected from adverse weather.

    Please note that Organic Angels cannot be responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in this designated area. We do recommend your order be taken in and properly stored as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee the quality of items that are not properly stored within this period.
