We deliver to most of metropolitan Melbourne once a week. Different areas have different delivery days. Before ordering please enter your postcode into our postcode search box to confirm delivery day.

Can I pick up my order from your distribution centre?
Unfortunately we can't offer this option. As we work odd hours there can never be any guarantee that someone will be at our centre when you come to pick up your order. Not to worry, our delivery fee is only $8.95, which is a small cost to have your fruit and veggies carefully selected and conveniently delivered to your home. There is no delivery charge if your order is over $100.

Do I have to be in when my order is delivered?
No, in fact most of our customers are out at the time of delivery. Just let us know a safe place to leave your box. The box is sealed so is protected from the elements.

Can I customise my fruit and veggie box?
As organic produce availability can change each week, we don't allow you to choose what you have in your box, you may end up with just a couple of items as other produce you chose isn't available. We do however make sure you never get any dislikes. Each week you can tell us what you don't want us to put in your box and we will replace it with more of something else that you do like. Our weekly boxes are a great way to get organic produce to you at a great price. Each week we select the best quality and the best price produce available and fill the boxes with a colourful selection of seasonal produce.

What is in the box each week?
What comes in the box will vary each week, depending on what is in season and what looks and tastes good. We update the website and send out an email every Thursday to give you an idea of what will be in the box for the following week. This gives you a chance to update your dislikes.

What are the quantities of fruit and vegetables in each box?
For each box we do recommend the number of people the box would suit. Howvever as everyone's eating habits vary we thinks it's best to experiment with box sizes each week until you know what suits you.

That's fine. If there is something in the box you do not want add it to your dislikes list in your account information (you need to be logged in to do this)

Do I have to order every week?
No. Our service is totally flexible, you can order whenever you wish. If you do want to order each week and don't want the hassle of logging in to our website or just keep forgetting to order, you can join the Organic Rewards Club and we will deliver you a box automatically, click here to download information.

What if my delivery address is different from my home address?
That's fine. When you make your order online you can specify a different delivery address at the checkout.

I keep forgetting to place my order can you remind me?
As the week flys by you can occasionally forget to put in your weekly order by the deadline. If you choose to, we can send a text message to your mobile phone, reminding you to place an order with us if you haven't done so. You can unsubscribe from our reminder service at ay time.

Can I buy a box for a Gift?
Yes. Please let us know by email or phone if you don't want to include the receipt or want to include a message with the box. We also offering Gift Vouchers if you would like the receipient to choose their own box

How do I know it is genuine organic products?
Organic Angels is a certified organic retailer (ACO 11125R). This means we are adhering to strict standards when selling organic products. Certified organic produce has been checked by an independent body known as an organic certifier. An organic certifier ensures that products have been produced by sustainable farming methods and without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
There are many products out there that claim to be 'natural' or 'organic' so always check the ingredients on the back and look for a certification guarantee. Australia has seven organic certifiers;
Australian Certified Organic (division of the Biological Farmers of Australia), NASAA, Demeter, Organic Food Chain, Organic Growers Australia, Safe Food Queensland and Tasmanian Organic-Dynamic Producers
Many organic products manufactured overseas and imported into Australia will also have an international logo and processor number.
On some products you may see the words "in conversion" above the certifier's logo. This means that conversion is in place and not all ingredients are certified organic and some conventional methods are still being used. Converting to organic involves considerable change and can often be a long process.
All products listed on our website will indicate a certifying body or processor number.

Where does the fresh produce come from?
All our fresh produce comes from reputable certified suppliers and producers. We purchase our fruit and vegetables from the wholesale market by certified organic wholesalers. We buy at the market on our delivery day so your order is fresh from the market.

Can I choose my delivery day?
No, unfortunately not. We deliver to different areas on different days. Check our postcode checker to find out what day we deliver to your area.

What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank Transfer, Paypal and for regular customers cash on delivery (sorry, no cheques).

Shopping online is the quickest and most convenient way of ordering your groceries with Organic Angels. It can be done anytime of the day or night.
