By using this site, you agree and accept our terms & conditions of use. If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, you may not use this site.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to delivery, via credit card on our secure website or over the phone. Cash payments on delivery are available to customers who have a member account and have ordered from us at least once. We will not accept cash on delivery if no-one is available to accept the delivery. We are happy to accept bank transfers, providing the payment in our account before the day of delivery, our bank details are available upon request.
3. Delivery & Handling Charges & Taxes
A delivery and handling charge of $8.95 (inc GST) applies for all orders, unless special consideration is made by us. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all delivery, handling charges & taxes as laid out below in these terms and conditions.
4. Refund Policy
Organic Angels has a 100% satisfaction guarantee to you.
If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or refund the value of the item or service without question. Our aim is to please and your feedback is welcome.
To make a return, please inform us either by email or phone.
ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE 24 HOURS AFTER DELIVERY
5. Delivery Conditions
In order to purchase groceries from Organic Angels, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where Organic Angels provides delivery services (use our postcode search facility to confirm this). Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb are correct, as orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the Organic Angels delivery area will not be processed.
Delivery days are currently Monday, Tuesday and Thursday depending on your postcode, all orders must be in by Saturday 10am for Monday and Tuesday delivery and Wednesday 10am for Thursday delivery. Any orders after this time can not be guaranteed that your order will be processed and delivered. If you have difficulty placing the order by this time, please contact us and we will try and assist you. We will confirm all new orders by phone or email within 24 hours of placing order.
Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your area. Once you place your order, we will give you a time period of when we will deliver your order. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, changes could be made to the delivery schedule.
Organic Angels accept that in the event of goods arriving damaged via our own transport, we will replace the goods delivery free of charge or a credit will be issued on your next delivery.
6. Unattended deliveries
Organic Angels cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Organic Angels maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products. Organic Angels will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.
