Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all of metropolitan Melbourne, outer Melbourne and some Regional areas. Please use postcode search before ordering, to confirm if we deliver to you.
Do I have to be home when my order is delivered?
Many of our customers are not home at the time of delivery. When you order, there is a place to give us clear instructions as to where to leave your box if you are not home. Please read our Terms & Conditions in regards to unattended deliveries.
How do I know it is genuine organic products?
Organic Angels is a certified organic retailer with the Australian Certified Organic (ACO 11125R). This means we are adhering to strict standards when selling organic products and fresh produce. All our purchasing and processes are strictly audited by the ACO. You can be assured that all produce is certified organic. We never substitute with conventional produce.
Where does our produce come from?
We source produce from the Melbourne Wholesale Markets from certified Biodynamic and Organic suppliers. We also have some growers who deliver direct to us. All of our produce is Australian and sourced as local as possible. Occasionally we supply kiwi fruits from New Zealand.
What is in the seasonal boxes each week?
What comes in the box will vary each week, depending on what is in season. We update the website weekly with What’s in the Box. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you will get notified once the box list is updated. Please Note: Box contents can be subjected to change last minute due to availability.
What are the quantities of fruit and vegetables in each box?
We are unable to give you an exact quantity or weight of what’s in the box, as organic produce comes in all shapes and sizes. We do suggest the number of people the box would suit for the week, however as every one's eating habits vary we thinks it's best to experiment with box sizes each week until you know what suits you.
Can I exclude items from my box?
You have the option to let us know your Exclusions and Favourites. We limit up to 4 exclusions per box and any exclusion will be replaced with something else from the selection to the same value. We will refer to your favourites when replacing items, however we can’t guarantee your favourites will be used as a replacement.

You are welcome to build your own box by shopping in the Pick Your Own sections.
Do I have to order every week?
Our service is totally flexible, you can order online whenever you like.
There is an option to create a weekly or fortnightly subscription order if you choose to do so.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fee is $8.95 for Metro Melbourne and $11.95 for outer and regional areas. Checkout out our Delivery Info page for full details
Can I pick up my order from your distribution centre?
Pick up times at our Box Hill distribution centre are on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday strictly between 9am to 12pm and Friday between 11am and 2pm. If you plan to pick up outside of these times please call ahead as the office may be unattended.
What if I am not happy with an order?
Organic Angels has a 100% satisfaction guarantee to you. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or credit the value of the item or service. Refunds are only applicable if we are notified within 48 hours from time of delivery.
Can I make my order over the phone instead of online?
Shopping online is the quickest, safest and most convenient way of ordering your groceries with Organic Angels. However, if you wish to phone your order through to us you are very welcome to do so. Please call use on 1300 792 775 and have your credit card details ready.
