As with all microgreens, pea shoots are nutritionally dense, and boast a range of health-promoting benefits. Pea shoots are packed with vitamin A & C, antioxidants and phytonutrients, folic acid, and carotene.

Organic Microgreens are grown in Preston, at CERES Environmental Park. Packaged in oxo-biodegradable plastic, which is recyclable and will decompose in landfill.
